| was because of the rather awkward setup of my garage. I basically had to move the engine to the area above the engine bay by going over the fender with the jackstands at their lowest setting. Doing that by myself without the leveler would have been difficult as I was able to rotate the engine forward to help it clear the oil pan/downpipes. Also saved the day for putting in putting in Zgene's engine with even tighter clearance issues with his garage door. If you look in the lower right you can see the 3 inch ledge that is the bane of the garage.
